LEGACY EDUCATION ALLIANCE (LEA) UK - 2018/19 CPD ACCREDITATION

Legacy Education Alliance (LEA) UK is pleased to announce that we are a new member of CPD and that specific events and LEA professional trainings have been independently evaluated for Continuing Professional Development purposes by The CPD Certification Service. This means specific events and courses comply with universally accepted principles of Continual Professional Development (CPD) and have been structured to meet the criteria of personal development plans.

CPD certified training means the learning activity has reached the required CPD standards and benchmarks. The learning value has been scrutinised to ensure integrity and quality. The CPD Certification Service provide recognised independent CPD assessment compatible with global CPD standards.

CPD certification means that the content and structure of these specific events or courses have been independently assessed and approved for multi-disciplinary and industry-wide continuing personal and professional development purposes.

Notes

• CPD Accreditation and membership applies to LEA in the UK only
• LEA in the UK has member status and is accredited with CPD from July 2018 until July 2019 for specific events and courses only
• Anyone attending LEA events or courses where CPD Accreditation is applicable during the above period and who wishes to redeem CPD points, must make themselves known to the event organisers when registering in order to receive a CPD Certificate (crews will have printed off versions of CPD Certificates to share at the event/course)
• CPD Certificates can only be issued on the day(s) of attendance and not post-event
• Copy Certificates are not available post-event
• Attendees are responsible for coordinating any admin surrounding point numbers, paperwork and assessment, via CPD direct. LEA nor its partners will not be held liable or responsible for activity other then providing a CPD Accredited Certificate of attendance at a pre-accredited event or course
• LEA Students/Trainers/Staff/Mentors/Partners may not use the CPD Member or CPD Accredited logos without written permission from LEA
