(“Tigrent”) has completed the distribution of 15,998,326 shares of Common Stock in Legacy approved by the Board of Directors of Tigrent on October 4, 2016. Pursuant to the distribution, 1.00105 shares of Legacy Common Stock were distributed for each share of stock held in Tigrent.
