Management Team

Prior to joining the company Mr. Botbol served as President of New York at Frosch International Travel, Inc. Prior to joining Frosch, Mr. Botbol was the President and Head of International at Travel and Transport. Travel and Transport acquired Ultramar in 2012, where Mr. Botbol had served in various roles, including COO and CFO. Under Mr. Botbol’s leadership, Ultramar’s revenue increased from under $70 mm to over $800 mm. Prior to Ultramar he held executive positions with the Danone Group in IT, sales, strategic planning and finance. As CFO and VP of customer service of Danone Waters of North America, Mr. Botbol grew sales from $250 mm to $800 mm via both organic and strategic M&A and led all merger and integration efforts. Mr. Botbol received a MS from Ecole Centrale Nantes and an Executive MBA from Insead School of Business.

Ms. Guzmán-Clark’s work experience spans over 15 years in the field of accounting and external auditing. She began her career as an accountant for a medium-sized banking services entity. Later, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) as an external auditor of various multinational and international entities in banking, brokerage, manufacturing, construction, insurance, not-for-profit, retail, and advertising. 

After leaving public accounting, Ms. Guzmán-Clark moved on to various Controllership roles in middle-market sized entities.  Over the years, her expertise has grown to include internal control enhancements, modernizing policies and procedures, as well as software applications management and development.  Currently, she sits on the board of the Financial Executives International’s Orlando Chapter.

Ms. Guzmán-Clark possesses dual CPAs under US GAAP (Florida) and IFRS (Dominican Republic). She also holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration, and Accounting & Financial Management.  Ms. Guzmán-Clark also has over 10 years of experience as a College-level professor, teaching various courses from basic Accounting to External Audit and graduate-level Accounting. 

James E. May was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company on February 4, 2019 and was appointed Interim CEO in January 2019 and then CEO in June 2019. Mr. May resigned as Director and CEO on March 8, 2021 at which time he was appointed General Counsel. Mr. May previously served as General Counsel of the Company since November 2014 and as Chief Administrative Officer of the Company’s predecessor since September 2009, and as the General Counsel of the Company’s predecessor since May 2009. He joined the Company in June 2007 as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company, he held the position of Associate General Counsel with Gateway Computers, where he was, at various times, the chief legal counsel for the Gateway Country Stores retail division and for the Business and Government Sales division, where he managed the Contract Management organization. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel with Blockbuster Videos, Inc. in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Dallas, Texas where he was the chief legal counsel for domestic store operations. Mr. May has a B.A. degree from American University (1981) and a J.D. degree from Catholic University Law School (1984).
