Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Fredrick C. Dummar, Senior Vice President, resigned from the Company effective August 31, 2018. Pursuant to the terms of his Executive Employment Agreement dated October 2, 2017, Mr. Dummar will not receive severance compensation.
